Team members are involved in industry organizations (Mortgage Bankers Association of St. Louis, HBA, National Association of Professional Mortgage Women, St. Louis Association of Realtors, etc.), community efforts and participate in dress-down for charity days and support a different employee chosen charity each month.

Change to end Homelessness

Change for Change is a way for clients of the homeownership community to give back, just a little. We encourage each of our clients to “Round Up” their settlement statement to the next dollar. With your “spare change” we can make a difference. Change for Change is a program, through the Realtor Housing Assistance Fund (RHAF) of the St. Louis Association of Realtors, designed to permanently end homelessness in our area. RHAF uses the monies collected to support non-profit groups who are working to break the cycle of homelessness.
