The president of Paramount Mortgage Company, H. John Frank, Jr., announced this week the opening of a second new residential mortgage office in the state of Washington.

The newly licensed Yakima branch office will be managed by Heather Marie Lee, a mortgage industry veteran with more than eight years of experience.

Heather also enjoys the status of military veteran having served her country for six years in the U.S. Navy. She has a passion for problem solving with 100% of her clients coming from the referrals of satisfied clients.

“Our entire staff is very excited by our company expansion with the opening of this new office,” said Frank.

“The Yakima branch office opening builds on the success of our Bellevue, WA branch office which opened in the fall of 2008 serving the entire Seattle metropolitan area and our Coeur d’Alene, ID regional branch office.”
