ST. LOUIS, MO – Paramount Mortgage Company, Inc., announced today, the opening of a new mortgage banking office in Bellevue, Washington, at 14205 SE 36th Street, Suite 100.  The independent subsidiary will operate under the PMC Mortgage LLC name and will be locally managed by Alex Hogg, president.

“As we begin operations in the state of Washington, the Bellevue office represents an important step in expanding our mortgage business in the face of a volatile housing market, ” stated H. John Frank, Jr., president of the St. Louis based Paramount Mortgage Company.

“Our business model allows us to approve and close mortgage loans within a one-day, or two-day period, when required. All loan decisions are made internally and funded with company money, which allows us to support a remote office very effectively,” remarked H. John Frank, Jr.

The new office will be fully staffed with loan officers and support personnel. Alex Hogg is a current resident of Bellevue and has several years of extensive mortgage banking experience. He had worked at Paramount’s St. Louis headquarters between 2003 and 2005 as a mortgage-banking officer.

The Bellevue office is located in one of the fastest growing Seattle suburb communities in the state of Washington. Bellevue is home to nationally recognized corporations including  Microsoft, Expedia, T-Mobile, and Eddie Bauer.
