Melissa Walker started at Paramount in 2000 as a processor and then became an underwriter. Both of these positions have allowed her the opportunity to expand her experience, so now as a Mortgage Banker she can exceed expectations with the loan knowledge she has learned. Her primary focus is rehabs and city property.

In 2004, Melissa received the Mortgage Bankers Association of St. Louis President’s Service Award. Additionally, for the past 2 years she has served as the Education Committee Chairperson on the Board of Governors for the MBA of St. Louis. She has also taught Real Estate Finance for the St. Louis Community College Continuing Education program.
