Rhonda got into the business because “agents in my area needed someone who would meet and walk young clients, and first-time homebuyers through the entire loan process. If they had little or no credit, I was the person they would call, because they knew I could help them.” That has been Rhonda’s hallmark of success.

“I listen to the needs of my clients and respond efficiently and effectively. I strive to build long term relationships, so that as a lender, I will be there any time life necessitates a home change.”

Homebuyers in Rhonda’s neck of the woods value trust and honesty, which is why she has many satisfied clients along the I-44 corridor through Ozark river country. She can relate to people’s concerns in buying the “most important thing in their life.” Rhonda wants “them to understand that I’m a real person who has lived and raised children, just like them, in this community. It gives me the edge of being the person they know will help them through a challenging and sometimes difficult process.”

Rhonda knows that buying a home can present many confusing twists and turns, especially for first-time homebuyers, which are her specialty. For Rhonda, “it’s all about the client.
