Glenn is one of those rare individuals with the depth of knowledge, experience and financial acumen to think outside of the box in behalf of his clients.
With more than 25 years on the financial side of auto sales with Plaza Motor Company, Paramount Mortgage is very pleased to have someone of Glenn’s caliber join our mortgage banking team. Glenn served in several key areas of responsibility, including General Manager and Chief Operating Officer with Plaza. He has structured literally thousands of finance and lease deals for customers, while negotiating favorable rates with 25 different financial institutions. While the financial side kept him busy, he had the additional responsibility of Chief Compliancy Officer at Plaza ensuring that financial information and data was complied within strict underwriting requirements.
Glenn takes his responsibility with clients seriously and describes his business style this way, "I believe in addressing issues, doing it right the first time and completing tasks. Glenn’s primary business focus is home purchases and he is extremely knowledgeable about JUMBO, Conventional, VA and FHA loan products as well as refinancing. Glenn describes his sales philosophy as "always keeping the customer’s best interest ahead of everything. I’m reliable, very knowledgeable, a good listener and always follow up." You’ll not only get dependable information about the process and status of your mortgage, but Glenn has the ability to "think out of the box" when designing the right program for the borrower.
